What is Reiki Attunement?

In-Person Attunement

Preparation Steps
Before your session, create an ideal environment:
- Secure a tranquil, private location
- Reserve 30-50 minutes without interruptions
- Wear relaxed, comfortable clothing
- Stay hydrated with water nearby
- Eat a light meal beforehand
- Turn off electronic devices or set to silent
The Attunement Process
- Settle In: Find a comfortable position, either seated or lying down
