These terms govern your use of prismaticflowers.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, signing up for a service, or attending one of our events, you agree to the terms on this page.
2. About Our Products
We make and sell handcrafted flower essences, aura sprays, botanical skincare, Reiki attunements, online courses, and educational digital downloads. Our products are intended for personal energetic and emotional wellness support. They are not drugs, medical devices, or replacements for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical condition.
3. Order Acceptance & Pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that contain pricing errors or inventory shortages. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you will receive a full refund of the canceled order.
4. Shipping
Physical products ship from Michigan via USPS or UPS. Most domestic orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. Once a package is in transit, delivery times depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or packages marked delivered but reported missing by the customer (file a claim with the carrier first).
5. Return Policy: All Sales Are Final
We hand-make each flower essence and aura spray in small batches. Once a bottle leaves our hands, we cannot legally accept it back and resell it for safety and quality reasons. Reiki attunements, distance healing sessions, and energy work are completed at the time of delivery and cannot be returned. Digital downloads, course access, and online recordings cannot be unsent. Tickets to in-person events and workshops are non-refundable once issued.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If a physical product arrives broken, leaking, or visibly damaged, email us at info@prismaticflowers.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will send a free replacement of the same item once we confirm the damage. Replacements are shipped at our cost. We do not issue cash refunds for damaged items.
7. Wrong Item Received
If we ship the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We will ship the correct item at no additional charge and arrange return of the incorrect item using a prepaid label.
8. Services, Sessions, and Workshops
Bookings for in-person services, distance Reiki, and workshops are non-refundable. We do allow rescheduling up to 24 hours before your scheduled time at no charge. Within the 24-hour window, rescheduling is at our discretion and may not be possible. No-shows forfeit the booking fee.
Participants in on-site services and workshops are required to read and sign our Liability Waiver before their first session.
9. Subscription & Recurring Payments
If you sign up for any subscription product, you can cancel future renewals at any time from your account or by emailing us. Renewals already charged are non-refundable, but you keep access for the period you paid for.
10. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Our products and sessions are not a substitute for medical, mental health, or psychological care. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or being treated for a medical condition, talk to your doctor before using our products or booking a session. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, copy, course material, audio, video, and digital downloads, is owned by Prismatic Flower Essences or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our content without written permission. Course access and digital downloads are licensed for your personal use only.
12. Privacy
We collect the information you provide when you make a purchase, sign up for the newsletter, or contact us. We use that information to fulfill orders, send confirmations, and respond to questions. We do not sell your information to third parties. Email preferences can be updated by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter we send.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the page for 30 days after a change.
