The Four Kinds of Healing Session, and How to Tell Them Apart
The four session names on the services page look like variations on one theme, and people book more or less at random as a result. They are genuinely different appointments. Here is how to pick.
Reiki Healing Sessions
The simplest of the four and the one to start with if you have never done any of this. It is energy work and nothing else. You stay clothed, you lie down, and the practitioner works with hands on or near you. There is no equipment, no stones, no sound and nothing for you to do.
Choose this when you want the least complicated version, or when you want to find out how you respond to energy work at all before adding anything to it.
Crystal Healing Sessions
Here stones are placed and worked with, organized around the chakras and around clearing what feels stuck. Sessions are put together for the person rather than run from a fixed layout.
The practical difference from Reiki is that there is something physical present. Some people find that grounding, because there is an object involved and a visible arrangement. Others find it distracting for exactly the same reason. Neither reaction is wrong and you will know which one you are within about ten minutes.
This is also where the attunement side of the shop and the session side meet most obviously, since a lot of the crystal material runs through both.
Holistic Healing Sessions
The combination appointment. A holistic session may draw on energy work, sound, aromatic support and guided meditation in one sitting, put together around what you arrive with.
This is the right choice for two sorts of people. Those who have tried a couple of the single modality sessions and want them woven together rather than taken one at a time. And those who genuinely cannot say what they need, where an appointment that can move between approaches is more useful than committing to one in advance.
It is the wrong choice for a first ever session, because if a combined hour lands well you will not know which part did it.
Specialized Healing Sessions
The deepest end, covering the material people usually arrive at after a while rather than at the start. Karmic work and past life regression sit here, alongside other focused spiritual work.
Two honest cautions. This is not an introduction, and booking it first tends to produce either an overwhelming session or a frustrating one. And this territory brings things up. A session that surfaces a pattern is doing what it is meant to do, but it is worth having somewhere for that to go afterward, whether that is a follow up appointment, your own practice, or a conversation with someone qualified to have it.

The Line That Applies to All Four
None of these are medical or mental health care, and none of them replace it. They sit alongside whatever else you are doing, and any practitioner who suggests otherwise is overstepping. Rev. Michael will say the same thing in person, which is the answer you want from someone you are about to book with.
All four are arranged through the contact page. Saying a sentence or two about what brought you is more useful than picking the right name, because the name can be adjusted once someone knows what you are after.
Not sure which session to book?
Say a sentence or two about what brought you rather than picking a name. The right session gets suggested from there.
