Sound sessions use tone and vibration for deep rest. In a private Sound Bath Session, Crystal Singing Bowls tuned to specific frequencies are played around you while you lie comfortably. The Sound Touch Therapy Session works with Ohm tuning forks. The Vibrational Alchemy Session brings four practices into one visit: flower essences applied on the body, tuning forks at meridian points, Crystal Singing Bowls and Ascension Healing. Many people find sound work calming and grounding. Sessions are held in person in Ferndale or Shelby Township, Michigan.

A sound bath is a session where you lie comfortably while instruments such as Crystal Singing Bowls are played around you. Here it is private and one on one, not a group class.
A Sound Bath centers on Crystal Singing Bowls. Vibrational Alchemy combines the bowls with tuning forks, flower essences applied on the body and Ascension Healing in one integrated session.
No experience is needed. You rest comfortably while the practitioner works.
