Pleiadian Cosmic Healing Discs: What They Are and How They Are Used
If you have been to a Prismatic Flower Essences session or sound bath you may have noticed glass discs being placed around you without much explanation at the time. They deserve a proper description, along with a clear account of what can honestly be said about them.
Pleiadian Cosmic Healing Discs
These are handmade glass discs, made by an artist named Shari Lynn who has studied esoterics for over thirty five years with a number of teachers. Her work is at cosmichealingdiscs.com. They are used during healing sessions and during sound baths, placed on the body or near it.
The range has named pieces rather than being one uniform product. There is the Sophia Full Spectrum Healing Disc, a Magenta Mystery School Upgrade at four inches, Starseed and StarGate discs, and a line of dichroic glass color shift discs which includes a three inch Sri Yantra design. One piece, Return to Venus, is the first in a series.
The maker's own framing is openly spiritual and draws on Pleiadian consciousness and fifth dimensional awareness. That is her language and her tradition, and it is the context the objects come from.
The Part Prismatic Flower Essences Adds
Here is where this article does something the maker's own site does not, and it matters.
The source material for these discs carries no medical disclaimer, and it includes phrases about clearing and about illness that go further than Prismatic Flower Essences is willing to repeat. So Prismatic Flower Essences does not repeat them. A disc is a beautiful handmade object placed on or beside your body during a session. It does not treat anything, it does not clear anything out of you, and it has nothing to say about any illness you may have.
That is not a hedge. It is the difference between describing an object and making a claim on someone who may be unwell and hoping.
How a Disc Is Used in the Hour
Placement is simple and there is nothing for you to do. A disc is set on the body or just beside it, and it stays where it is put. You remain clothed, you are not asked to hold anything, and no part of the session depends on you reacting to it.
In a sound bath the discs sit alongside the bowls. In a one to one healing session they tend to be placed more deliberately, chosen for the person rather than laid out to a fixed pattern. If you would rather not have objects placed on you at all, say so, and the session runs without them.
Why Objects at All
A reasonable question, given that Reiki needs nothing and a sound bath already has the bowls.
The practical answer is that an object gives a session a shape people can perceive. Something is placed, something is arranged, and there is a visible before and after. For a person who finds it difficult to settle into an hour where nothing appears to be happening, that is genuinely useful. It is the same reason a sound bath works for people who cannot meditate. Having something to receive is easier than being asked to produce stillness on demand.
Whether you experience anything from the disc itself is your own business and nobody here will tell you what you felt.
Buying Versus Encountering
Worth being clear: Prismatic Flower Essences does not sell the discs. They are tools used in the practice. If you want one of your own, go to Shari Lynn's site directly.
What Prismatic Flower Essences does carry is the attunement material that overlaps with this territory, and the sessions where the discs are actually used. The other object you may have seen in the room, the vortex cone, has its own article. Session availability is at the contact page.
Curious what a session with the discs is like?
The discs are used in healing sessions and sound baths rather than sold. The way to meet them is to sit in one.
