Articles and guides from the Prismatic Flower Essences blog
Ear seeds are tiny seeds or small metal beads held on points of the outer ear with a small adhesive patch. The practice draws on auriculotherapy, a part of traditional Chinese medicine that maps points on the outer ear. The articles here explain what ear seeds are, how a professional ear seeds session and home practice work together, and how to place, press, and remove seeds between visits. You will also find how long a set is usually worn and how to look after the skin under the adhesive. Many people use ear seeds as a quiet cue to pause and breathe during a busy day. Ear seeds are a complementary practice that supports relaxation and self-care, and they do not replace care from a doctor or other qualified health professional.
Ear seeds are tiny tools rooted in auriculotherapy that support your body's natural balance by stimulating specific points on the ear. Learning to use them safely at home can help you extend the benefits of your wellness sessions all week long.
