Usui Reiki Level 1 Attunement Course

This is a complete First Degree manual for the Usui Method of Natural Healing, published in 2011 as seventeen structured lessons. It teaches that Reiki is a two syllable Japanese word meaning universal life force, where rei means universal and omnipresent, carrying the sense of spiritual consciousness, and ki is the non-physical vitality that gives life to all living things.

The manual traces the practice to origins in India and the East long before Christ and Buddha, notes that the original names and techniques were lost because knowledge passed by word of mouth, and credits its rediscovery to the Japanese scholar and monk Mikao Usui, who gave it the name Reiki.

The Ultradian Rhythm and rapid Reiki lessons give shorter formats for days when a full session is not possible, and the group lesson covers several pairs of hands working at once.
