The Penguin Empowerment was channeled and written by Brenda “Silverwolf” Hanlon in August 2007, and it sits in the power animal tradition rather than the symbol-based one. Its introduction sets out the premise, that animals bring messages from the spiritual plane and can guide us there, and that opening to the energy of a different kind of being widens consciousness. The penguin study itself is detailed and specific.
