Love Cocoons

Love Cocoons is an attunement into the energy of Unconditional Love, credited in the manual to Ole Gabrielsen, with the written script provided by Manuela Kornatz of Musepalace based on his workshops. Once you are attuned, the practice is to build what the manual calls a Love Cocoon, an egg-shaped shield around a person's aura that you then charge and fill with Unconditional Love. The manual describes that energy in the aura as doing two things at once: it protects the field while it gently and affectionately dissolves blockages throughout it.

The cocoon is not a fixed structure you leave behind, because it moves with you as you go about your day and stays in the aura for roughly three to six hours. It builds from the outside inward, which is why the manual warns you may not feel it for up to half an hour after installing it. The same shield can be filled with any other energy you choose, so the technique is as reusable as you want it to be.

How it is used:

Visualize an egg-shaped shield around your body and fill the outer layers with Unconditional Love for two to three minutes, then imagine that energy filling the inside powerfully. When the cocoon feels charged and full you can relax into it, and the field will slowly expand from the outer layers inward until it reaches the physical body from the outside in.

To pass the attunement on you ask your higher self for permission and state that you ask for the named person to be attuned at a given time and date in their own time zone for Unconditional Love, which takes roughly fifteen to twenty-five minutes. The manual suggests attuning people one at a time so the energy stays focused, then building a first cocoon together afterwards.
