Light Of Truth Reiki

Light of Truth Reiki was published in 2008 by the Element Energy Center, with the manual copyrighted in the name of Stephanie Brail. It sets aside the philosophical argument about objective truth almost immediately and concentrates on personal truth, the thing you already know inwardly and keep declining to hear. The manual's central example is a familiar one: staying in a relationship you know is not serving you because fear rules the decision, ignoring the small signals your intuition sends, until something large enough happens that the truth can no longer be avoided.

The energy is described as releasing the fear that puts the blinders on, so the truth can arrive gently and in proportion, and the manual notes the paradox that the surer you are of your own truth, the more easily you can let other people hold theirs.
