Inner Strength Reiki

Inner Strength Reiki is a focused Reiki energy published by Elemental Reiki in 2009, designed to connect a person with the strength of their own spirit.

Its whole attention is on the third chakra at the base of the sternum, the solar plexus centre the manual describes as the seat of personal power, integrity, self-discipline and the ability to say no.
