Healing The Inner Child Reiki

Healing the Inner Child Reiki is a SpiritLight Reiki system channeled by Linda Colibert in July 2010. It connects you to spirit and to your own inner child, and also to what the manual calls your personal guardian angels of the Inner Child. The inner child is described as the part of you filled with joy, wonder and laughter, and the manual traces how that part gets buried.

We spend years getting by, keeping other people happy, giving without receiving, and each time we set aside something we wanted to do we become a little more rigid, until we lose the shine and start to believe we are not worthy of anything fun. Linda writes about her own version of this, giving so much of herself to her family that she forgot to give herself anything at all.
