The Celtic Reiki Master and Teacher level is the final stage of a tree-based Reiki lineage rooted in the Celtic ogham alphabet, presented here as the distance course notes of Enchanted Earth Holistic Healing Courses, copyright Pamela Jordan 2003, with the symbol descriptions credited to Martyn Pentecost.
Five master symbols are added at this level: Ruis the Elder for birth, death and transition, Ioho the Yew for eternal life and the strongest vibration of the system, Koad the Grove for sanctuary and stillness, Uilleand the Honeysuckle for motivation and honesty, and Mor the Sea for hidden wisdom, travel and calm depth. The manual teaches two techniques that belong to the master level alone.
The first is the Celtic energy sentence, in which the ogham letters are combined into a single word so that several frequencies fuse into one refined energy running through an entire session, illustrated in the manual by the sentence GAHUKMI for a person who has lost their way.
The second is work with the Celtic calendar, since evergreen trees are stronger in winter, deciduous trees in summer, and each practitioner finds personal golden symbols by keeping a diary of the shifts.
The attunement chapter covers the Microcosmic Orbit and the Violet Breath in detail, so that a master can pass the energy on, and the manual is candid that being a Celtic Reiki Master is a responsibility owed to students, to nature and to the tree spirits themselves.
What this attunement is intended to support:
- It completes the Celtic Reiki symbol set with five master frequencies, each tied to a tree and to a stage of the life cycle.
- It teaches the Celtic energy sentence, a way of writing several symbols into one word so the energy resonates more deeply and lasts longer.
- It is traditionally used to support people through loss, transition and periods when deeply held issues are surfacing, using Ruis at the start of a session.
- It offers Koad as a place of inner sanctuary and stillness, described as the energy that lets a person cope when everything around them is unsettled.
- It links the practice to the turning year and the moon cycle, so you learn when each symbol is at its strongest for you personally.
- It prepares you to attune others, with the Microcosmic Orbit and the Violet Breath explained step by step.
What you receive:
- The Celtic Reiki Master and Teacher distance course notes, with all five master symbols illustrated, named and pronounced.
- The master attunement in the Celtic Reiki lineage, empowering you to pass the system to students.
- Full attunement procedures, including preparatory work, the Violet Breath and the role each symbol plays in initiating a student.
Who this is for:
- Celtic Reiki practitioners who have completed Levels 1 and 2 and want to teach.
- Energy workers who want a tree-centred system with a written, repeatable method for building custom energy sequences.
- People willing to take on the responsibility the manual describes, including spending time with trees and offering something back to them.
How it is used:
Ask for the assistance of your guides, then compose a Celtic energy sentence from the symbols that match the person in front of you and draw it on your palms, over the client, or in your mind as a single word. Work the session through with hand positions, Reiji Ho or Byosen, redrawing if you feel the need, and keep the letters together as a word rather than scattering them, since the manual warns that scattered symbols confuse the energy.
For attunements, use the Violet Breath with Ioho and Koad as described, and note in a diary which symbols run strongest in which month so you can use your golden symbols at their peak.
