A historic Seacoast-region town on the tidal Squamscott River and home to Phillips Exeter Academy, Exeter blends colonial heritage with the calming rhythm of nearby coastal marshes, offering a fitting backdrop for balance and renewal.
Plenty of households here board the Downeaster or drive south for work, which leaves evenings as the only unclaimed hours of the day. Sessions given remotely fit that window without adding a second commute. Attunement materials arrive as digital files you keep permanently, so practice moves at whatever pace the week allows.
In Exeter, the Exeter River winds quietly through town before it becomes the tidal Squamscott, a stretch the Abenaki once knew for its spring runs of fish. West of the village, Great Hill rises to the town's high point, while the Conner Farm Wildlife Management Area holds red oak, hemlock, and white pine above quiet beaver ponds. Since the downtown dam came out in 2016, alewives return upriver each spring, a small seasonal rhythm that steadies the year. A place shaped by moving water and turning seasons invites the same slow attention at home. Many people find that a gentle at-home practice fits naturally here. Prismatic supports that with distance Reiki and shipped flower essences and aura sprays, complementary comforts you can weave into an unhurried evening. Nothing here replaces your licensed care. It simply keeps you company.
