What is a smudge spray?
A smudge spray is a smoke free way to cleanse and refresh the energy of a space, an object or yourself. Inspired by the old practice of burning herbs to clear energy, these sprays hold that same intention in a gentle mist. They suit apartments, offices, cars, hotel rooms and anywhere smoke is not an option, and they travel with you easily.
How to use your spray
- Shake the bottle gently before each use.
- Mist the corners of a room, doorways and windows to move stagnant energy.
- Spritz around your body, above your head and around your shoulders to refresh your aura. Keep your eyes closed and avoid spraying your face.
- Lightly mist your crystals, yoga mat, altar or workspace.
- Set an intention as you spray, such as peace, protection or clarity.
- Use it to start your day, before meditation, after guests leave, or when moving into a new space.
