- Completion of our courses may result in certification from Prismatic Flower Essences LLC
- Our certifications are not equivalent to medical degrees or licenses

- Certification does not qualify students to diagnose or treat medical conditions
5. User Responsibilities

7. RETURNS
Return Policy
We do not accept returns- No refunds. We offer exchanges only on unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are available for 14 days from the date of purchase
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Return shipping labels incur a $6 fee
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will contact you about the exchange
