Hello friend,
August has been all warm gold and honey light. Long evenings, tomatoes on the windowsill, and that particular green the maples go right before they change their minds.
Then one morning you feel it. A little cool at the edges, a little amber in the leaves, and the whole season tips toward fall. September in Michigan is the in-between month. Still summer at noon, already autumn by eight.
