Data Deletion Instructions

Prismatic Flower Essences respects your privacy. You may request deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time, at no cost.

How to request deletion

  1. Email info@prismaticflowers.com or text 734-521-6489.
  2. Use the subject or message "Delete my data".
  3. Include the name and email address you used with us so we can find your record.

What happens next

We confirm your request, then permanently delete your personal data (name, email, order history, reviews, and newsletter records) from our systems within 30 days. We may keep the minimum information required by law, such as tax and transaction records.

Data shared with partners

If your request involves data processed through connected platforms (for example Meta or Stripe), we will also submit a deletion request to those partners on your behalf.
